Email setup for Outlook express on windows systems

Setting up email access using outlook express can be started in many ways.
- For systems that are already configured for internet access, start Outlook express by either clicking the shortcut on the desktop or task bar, or by clicking on start > Programs > Outlook express.
- With outlook express open, choose Tools > Accounts from the Menu bar.
- In the internet mail account, click on Add to add a new account.
- Select mail to set up an email account, and go to figure 4
- You can also setup outlook express in windows 2000 by selecting to configure internet email soon after configuring the internet connection. Just answer Yes when asked to setup internet mail.

Select Yes, if you wish to set the internet mail account now.

Select "Create a new internet mail account"

Type the name you want to identify your mail account with and click Next .

Type in your correct email address e.g myemail@comone.co.zw and click Next

Type in your email server names. The Comone servers are :
- POP3.comone.co.zw for incoming mail
- SMTP.telone.co.zw for outgoing mail

Enter your user name and password to enable you to log onto the ISP's servers.
