The customer should apply for a leased line connection between ComOne and his/her premises. There should be a router in place, preferably a Cisco Router. The customer is assigned a Subnet of 6 IP addresses for the network. The installation and monthly charge for the Internet are as per ComOne tariff schedule. The Technical Requirements ComOne's responsibility ends at the modem/DTU/NTU at the customer's premises. The customer should supply the Router, Router cables with appropriate interface(X21, V35 etc) and LAN components. Any router will do but for ease and compatibility, ComOne recommends Cisco Routers as the entire ComOne Internet backbone is based on Cisco Technology. It must be pointed out that ComOne currently does not support PC-based routers.
